Awesome experience getting my tires balanced. Kentrell gave a top tier customer experience and not just to me, I saw him interact with other customers as well. I spoke with 2 other employees, but unfortunately I didn't get their names. They were really nice too. My car rides a lot better now. I will definitely be back when more work is needed.

My tire light came on, on a Friday afternoon.. not when I cared about checking on it! But I decided to go to Gateway since I have been there several times. The service was exceptional.. both employees were very efficient..Robert and a young man also working were helping me. I was there in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend Gateway!
